Back 9 Turf Tip:

We recommended to brush your artificial grass with a broom at least once a month. A high traffic area may require more frequent brushing to prevent or reverse matting and ensure even distribution of infill.

First, we’ll set up a time to discuss your project. Any place is fine, but usually this means us coming to your site for initial ideas and a walkthrough.
At your appointment, we’ll talk through your dreams and vision for your space. Not sure exactly what you might want? That’s ok, too! We’ve got ideas and love sharing what’s possible to get your creativity flowing.

While we’ve got you, we’ll also:
- explain our process in detail
- share what separates a Back 9 project from any other
- get measurements and take some preliminary video of the space
Once we know what direction we’re heading in, we’ll have a better idea of what kind of turf will work best for your project.
We’ll also explain the benefits of each type of turf, what’s superior about our premium products and what to look for in a turf company.
After our appointment, we’ll turn around an estimate for your project within 48 hours.

Once we work those out, we’ll collect a 50% deposit and schedule a date on the calendar that works for you to get started.
We’ll be in touch with you prior to the start of your project. We require our customers to be present for the initial walk through.
- Once we arrive, we’ll do a walk through with you and our project foreman to ensure we’re all on the same page before we paint or mark the areas that are to be demoed and / or removed.
- Throughout your project we will be there every step of the way with progress reports.
As you’ll see at the beginning of our project together, turf comes in many shapes and sizes. Not only do we make sure you have the right turf for your project, we also are very intentional in how we cut, place, seam and secure your turf.
We know the value in leaving a place cleaner than we found it, so before our final walkthrough together our team will ensure a clean job site.
